Formal complaints regarding telecommunication services should be submitted in writing via our online complaint form or emailed directly to info@cct.gov.to. Please ensure you have first attempted to resolve the issue with your service provider and provide your provider's reference number.

What are the office hours and location?

The Communications Commission Tonga is located at Alaivahamama'o Bypass Road, Small Industry Center, Ma'ufanga, Nuku'alofa. We are open to the public Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, closed on weekends and public holidays.
